IT Helpdesk service FAQs

To additional, unplanned work which are not included in the reference quoting above, we will have further exchanges with you before moving on to the contract.

With those work that comes after the moment of signing the contract, like replacement, repair expenses, etc, we will quote them for you, and the additional costs will be listed and added to the follow-up payment.

 

After every month or quarter, based on your request, we will extract reports, ticket history, and accomplished tasks for you to see.  All of which are taken from IT Systems’ ticket management system. Therefore, you can assess the effectiveness of our IT Helpdesk service.
